We want you to be happy with your order. If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with a return or exchange. Items must be unopened and in original condition.

- Email hello@theghori.com or WhatsApp 800 44674 with your order number.
- Tell us which product and, for the 90-day promise, a line or two about your experience — it helps us improve.
- We'll confirm next steps within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and used derma rollers cannot be returned under the 14-day window — but they remain covered by the 90-day results promise.
